Why you should try this:
I started by making a Full Eggs Home Made Pasta using Proper Flowers and Fresh Eggs, then i made a the filling with rich, creamy ricotta, sauteed spinach, savory Grana Padano DOP cheese and a touch of nutmeg. I find that this kind goes perfectly with a simple slow simmered tomato sauce, but i decided to add a kik on it and i made a Vegetarian Ragu by adding diced Zucchine, Eggplant, Cherry Tomatoes, Sweet Peas and Red Bell Peppers. At the very end of the cooking process i insisted with few leaves of Fresh Basil and some more Grana Padano DOP.
