Meet the Chef
Andrea Moretti
Hi! I’m Andrea, Chef and Owner of The Mellow Kitchen.
I was born in Rome and raised in many different places. I have been lucky enough to travel a lot during my life, maybe more than some could dream of, and every trip left a strong food impression in my mind.
Over time my passion for food extended, of course my roots are Italian and that’s what mostly inspire me, but I love Comfort Food in general. Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Food just overwhelm my tasting buds, and lately I developed an obsession with Cajun Food and Modern American.
I've been surrounded by good food & home cooking my entire life. I started cooking with my family at a young age and eventually went on to culinary school. After graduating, I worked for a few restaurants in the Lehigh Valley.
I owned and operated a Fresh Egg Pasta Factory and Catering Company in Northern Europe for about 10 years.
I started The Mellow Kitchen to pursue my passion for personal cooking. I'm so thrilled to be cooking meals for people in the Lehigh Valley either by Catering your unforgettable events or by coming to your house to give you a Full Private Chef experience that can hardly be found in a standard restaurant.

The Mellow Kitchen LLC, is a PA Dept. of Agriculture-registered, inspected and insured Professional Kitchen (no storefront, no restaurant) located in Forks Township, Easton PA. We also meet all the requirements about ServSafe, Township Standards and we’re Members of the LehighValley Chamber of Commerce.
