What to Expect

Course Introduction
Learn the art of making fresh pasta by hand or with a machine (every participant will make pasta dough)
Understand the importance of the original ingredients, their proper use, and how to adapt your Pasta Doughs with any available common Ingredients without compromising the result.
Craft your own Tagliatelle, Fettuccine, or Pappardelle
(other Regional Shapes or Staffed Pastas or Special Cuts, can be agreed on request and may affect the pricing)
Discover easy preservation techniques that you can use in a House Contest, to enjoy your pasta all year round
Explore Classic Sauces to pair with your freshly made pasta
Savor your delicious pasta dinner with your classmates
